Miscellaneous Scanning

Do you have a box or drawer full of recipes that are fading and stained, a handful of old newspaper articles about you or family members that are falling apart or certificates or awards that are getting wrinkled and folded? Gather them up and send them to me and I will scan them to protect them and make them so you can easily see them on your computer or tablet, share them electronically or print them out for the kitchen again and again so spilling special sauce on them is no big deal. These images are perfect for making into a Photo Book!

With each of your items, I will optimize the appearance of the image on the scanner and then scan it at 800 dpi and provide them as a tiff file. That resolution will allow you, with the help of software such as Photoshop, to easily enlarge them for viewing or printing. I will also provide them as a high resolution pdf document for easy viewing and printing with any pdf software like Adobe Acrobat Reader (available free at adobe.com). If you have a group of items, like a group of recipes, I will also combine the individual pdf files into one combined pdf file so you can easily view or print the entire group. Finally, I will also provide them as 72 dpi jpeg files so you can easily share them with family or friends via email or social media.
